Return and Refund Policy

At GP Alpha, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, grooming, body care, beard care, hair care, and fragrance products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used grooming products
Opened or used beard care products
Opened or used body care products
Opened or used hair care products
Opened or used fragrances
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GP Alpha is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first before sending anything back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
