Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, product availability, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
GP Alpha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, GP Alpha is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
